Dr. Prem Kumar Sital Das Memorial Trust is set up for the well-being of humanity in the region of Tharparkar with a nationwide aim and scope. Dr. Prem Kumar Vankwani passed away in April 2021. In the grief and sadness of his untimely departure, the Vankwani family decided to carry forward the legacy of their late eldest brother. His legacy contains his pain for humanity and passion for public welfare. The family decided to make his name immortal by building a multidimensional trust to serve the underprivileged members of society. The trust was founded on October 25, 2021, in Islamkot.Premnagar which is a model village, is the first project of the Trust being built in Islamkot, the native birthplace of Dr. Prem Kumar. The Trust has initially acquired 150 acres of land for this noble cause. Islamkot is the central point that connects Chachro, Nangarparker, and many other important places in the Tharparkar region.
